Data we collect

We only collect data you deliberately send us through our forms. No advertising profiling is carried out.

• Contact form: name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message.
• Job application: name, contact details, the role applied for and any information you choose to attach.
• Newsletter: name and email address, until you unsubscribe.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to answer your request, process your application, or send you the publications you subscribed to. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention period

• Sales enquiries: three years from the last contact.
• Unsuccessful applications: two years, unless earlier deletion is requested.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Recipients and processors

Your data is handled by the relevant internal Spring Next-Gen teams. It is never sold or rented. It may be hosted by our infrastructure provider, contractually bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise it, write to contact@springnextgen.com; we respond within one month.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted in transit. Access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
